September is Hunger Action Month, where AAFB joins Feeding America, food banks and anti-hunger advocates and organizations everywhere to take action to fight domestic hunger!  The Hunger Action Month website also features an event calendar for each Feeding America food bank in Arizona.  You can also check out the numerous Hunger Action Month activities happening with our food banks:

• Governor Brewer has signed a proclamation that September is Hunger Action Month in Arizona—stay tuned for its unveiling!
